In this video, we go over the various forms of animation cancelling you can do in the game. The concept behind animation cancelling is to cancel the animation of whatever skill or ability you are. May 01, 2018  Now the 300 Spell Damage from Julianos 5th get +20% from Major Sorcery, +8% from 4 sorcerer skill sloted That's 384 effective Spell Damage or 4032 Max-Magicka-Equivalent-Damage BUT in the case of the PetSorc, you would still choose Necropotence because Pets and Shields are not affected by Spell Damage, making Julianos useless for this build.

Pardon me asking, but is this the 'new' frost spec?
I 'only' play DK as my alt, and I will never claim to know everything about DK's, and therefor I come to you guys.
I play 2H frost dps and i really enjoy the spec, but today i read on EJ that there is a 'new' frost spec - Shadowfrost.
From EJ: http://elitistjerks.com/f72/t121704-.._1_way_we_get/ (bottom of first post)
Shadowfrost 2.0
With the Obliterate nerf, this has become a more viable idea than in the past. Essentially you forfeit using Obliterate and use Howling Blast and Plague Strike to get Runic Power to Frost Strike as well as using Death and Decay when possible. In the end, you trade off doing less single target damage in exchange for being able to do more damage in situations where there is more than one target but you wouldn't normally use AoE.
You pick up the 2H Improved Blood Tap (7/29+2/3) spec to capitalize on the extra Runic Power it provides from Might of the Frozen Wastes. A DW build is possible but comes out about 1000 DPS behind its 2H counterpart. Any Shadowfrost build will be done in Unholy Presence.
Glyphs will stay the same for the most part using Glyph of Frost Strike and Glyph of Howling Blast with Glyph of Icy Touch in place of Glyph of Obliterate
So do I go shadowfrost or do I stay normal 2H frost?
What are your thoughts about this spec?

Chaos refers to a type of magic wielded by warlocks and demon hunters. Chaos is a unique multi-school, combining all the seven schools of magic: Arcane, Fire, Frost, Holy, Nature, Shadow and even Physical. Multi-school abilities benefit from bonuses that affect any of their schools, use the lowest resistance value among their schools, ignore absorption and immunity effects that apply to only some of their schools, and can be used even when one or more of their schools have been locked with an interrupt effect.

Chaos' comprehensive nature guarantees that damage done will not be mitigated by any armor, resistances or school-specific effects the target might possess. However mitigation and immunity abilities that are not school-specific (such as [Ice Block] and [Divine Shield]) as well as damage-absorption shields provide by abilities like [Mastery: Blood Shield], [Mastery: Illuminated Healing] and [Power Word: Shield] will still absorb, mitigate or completely prevent damage from this school. Due to its comprehensive nature, it is impossible for players to be locked out of the Chaos school unless a Chaos spell itself is interrupted, in which case spells of all schools will be locked out.

But if they make a conc build they can do more dmg than with q7 with this set mecs can be debatable bear in mind this set increases the base damage of skills example dk smash damage will be 290% so EA will be much stronger than on q7 too but not only EA db and ds too and all skills will have inherited frame breaks and inherited higher base damage.
