True damage used to be scarce, but now conquerors / skirmishers/ master yi wuju style. Its no wonder why tanks are becoming more and more useless. With itemization added with what i listed above {{item:3153}} {{item:3071}} {{item:3036}} {{item:3033}} etc. how are you supposed to counter champs like yi, tryndamere, and other adcs . there used to be a late game that took time to scale into, but with conquerors its nearly impossible to trade with yi or tryndamere. True dmg wouldnt be as OP if it were on abilities with a decent cd or item actives with decent cooldowns, but its used on champs that already have consistent attack spd rates with no down side. Make it so conquerors users take more dmg when its active similar to double edged sword mastery back in the day or something. In season 8 what counters these champs? {{champion:11}} {{champion:23}} {{champion:24} etc. even cc isnt useful with{{item:3139}} right now they have an answer to everything. We need like true armor/shields or something somewhere to better deal with these things.
